Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation - but we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if needed (rare, but possible).

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be completed at checkout through our secure payment partners.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Any delays caused by external factors are beyond our control - but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please reach out within the specified timeframe after delivery.

We don’t accept returns for change of mind (each piece is made with love, and we hope you choose yours just as thoughtfully.)
