WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Good things take time - and your FOURE pieces are no exception! Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way. Delivery times vary depending on location, but we promise - the wait’s worth it. After all, joy looks better when it’s hand-delivered.

ORDER AND SHIPPING PROCESS
Here’s what happens after you hit “Place Order”:
- We get to work - your order goes into production or packing immediately.
- Quality check - each piece is inspected to ensure it’s just right.
- Shipped & tracked - you’ll get an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details.
- Delivered with love - unwrap, smile, and style it your way!
We currently ship across India through trusted partners. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately - but all packed with equal care.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept secure online payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely - No worries, your details are as safe as your favourite blanket on a rainy day. ☁️

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We hope you love your FOURE find as much as we loved making it! But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ve got you. You can exchange your order within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely! 🎁
Whether it’s a housewarming, birthday, or a “just because” surprise, you can add a personal note at checkout. We’ll print it and slip it into your order - a small touch of you, wrapped in FOURE care. Every order is gift-ready the moment it arrives (because pretty things deserve pretty packaging).

You can apply your promo code at checkout, right before payment.
Remember:- Only one code can be used per order

WHY IS MY PROMO CODE NOT VALID?
If your promo code isn’t working, it could be because:
