RETURNS, EXCHANGE REFUND POLICY
At FOURE, every piece is made with love, quirks, and a hint of magic. Since each item is handcrafted, we only accept exchanges or store credit in the rare case your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Report It Fast
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos at contact.foure@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91-9898021011.
2. Keep It Pretty
Return items in their original packaging, unused, and with tags intact to the address shared by our team.
3. We’ve Got Options
- Exchange: For the same item or of equivalent value, based on availability
- Credit Note: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a credit note (no refunds)
4. What’s Not Covered
- Natural color or texture variations (that’s the handmade charm!)
- Damage due to wear, tear, or improper care
5. Timeline
Approved exchanges or store credits are processed within 15–20 business days.
Store credits will be sent via email once your return passes inspection.
